Melting

Aluminum smelting is usually carried out in melting furnaces specially designed to withstand the high temperatures required.

This process can be repeated several times to obtain molten aluminum with the desired composition or to produce various aluminum products with different properties.

Die Correction

is the process of changing or adjusting the mold (die) used in the extrusion or molding process of aluminum metal or other materials. This correction is made to overcome problems or imperfections that may appear in the extrusion or printing results.

Extrusion Press

are production efficiency, the ability to produce long profiles with tight tolerances, and the ability to make aluminum profiles in a variety of different shapes according to customer requirements.

Chromate

The chromate layer aims to protect aluminum from corrosion. This helps prevent oxidation of aluminum surfaces and maintains the structural and aesthetic integrity of aluminum products.

Painting

Engraving

Computer numerical engraving machines (CNC carving machines) are used to carve aluminum with high precision. The operator programs the machine to engrave the desired design, and it removes the surface layer of aluminum according to the program's instructions
